LOCATION: The range is located 3 miles east of Capitan on the north side of Hiway 380.
RULES: Current NRA High Power Rules will apply.
COMPETITION OPEN TO: Any individual NRA member, any junior or adult non-NRA member, and any foreign competitor.
REGISTRATION FEES: All competitors must pay with a check or cash. Make checks payable to: Capitan Shooting Sports, Inc.
Weekend, 1,000 yards $80.00, match 1 thru 7
JUNIOR FEES one-half of the above amounts
ENTRY DEADLINE October 2, 2023
LATE ENTRIES $20.00 Late entries may be accepted up to the limit of range capacity.
INDIVIDUAL ENTRIES: Entries in individual events will be made by using the enclosed entry form, accompanied by a check or money order for the full amount of the entry desired. Entry form must be filled out COMPLETELY AND SIGNED. Mail entries to:

STAT OFFICE OPENS AT 0700.
SQUADDING: All matches will be squadded. Squadding for individual matches will be issued from the State Office to competitors who check in at the State Office. No squadding will be issued on the firing line. A competitor who fails to obtain his squadding, or who fails to be at the proper firing point when his relay is called may lose his privilege to compete in that event.
COMPETITORS WILL PULL TARGETS AND SCORE
SCORING: Rule 14.18a
IDENTIFICATION: NRA membership cards and classification cards must be shown before any squadding will be issued.
CLASSIFICATION: The NRA classification will be used in all matches. Unclassified competitors will compete in the Master Class. Rule 19.6 (assigned classification) or 19.2 (temporary classification).
RIFLES, SIGHTS, AND RESTS: NRA rule, section 22 will apply
TARGETS: 1,000 yards, LRFC
CATEGORIES AND CLASSES FOR AWARDS: There will be class awards.
AWARD DISPOSITION: The awards will be cash and a trophy. There must be 5 or more entries in a class or category for 1 award, 10 or more for 2 awards, etc. Open and FTR will compete together in classes.
AGGREGATE AWARD SCHEDULE: STATE CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS, MATCH 6
Plaques and cash for class winners in the aggregate. Cash for match winners.
THIS STATE CHAMPIONSHIP WILL QUALIFY AND BE TURNED IN FOR THE V2 POINTS SERIES
